Further amendments to this policy may be carried out subject to any changes in the Law after May 25th 2018.

Downloadable files, media & documents made available from fineart.wedding or from the business email address of fineart.wedding are provided to users at their own risk, this also applies to associated websites which can be found in the links at the bottom of this policy. Oviphotography accepts no responsibility for third party downloads and downloads provided by external third party websites.

Oviphotography will provide you with an opportunity to opt-in to the use of your personal information for marketing purposes upon completion of the contract terms and condition. Enquiries, which do not proceed to a contract, may have personal information stored for business development only – this data is not supplied to any third parties or used in any form of marketing.
